We've got big news! In 2024, we'll be taking a year off of pastured pigs! There are lots of reasons why, but the biggest one is this: I'll have been farming on and off for 20 years in 2024 (crazy I know!) and we need a year to step back, assess our systems and goals, and figure out how to make the next 20 years on our farm physically, mentally, and financially sustainable. (You may have seen on social media that I've got my hand in a cast right now after a farm accident and boy howdy has it been an eye opener to run the farm with only one functioning hand!)
